Tooth Pain or a Broken Tooth? Call Us First.
Call 623-566-1310 to describe what happened and check appointment availability before coming in. Tell our team about pain, swelling, injury, or a lost restoration so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
Urgent dental requests should be made by phone. Online requests are not monitored as an emergency service, and an appointment is only confirmed when our team confirms it.
When to Get Emergency Medical Help
Call 911 or go to an emergency department if you have difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled heavy bleeding, or a serious facial injury. Significant or rapidly worsening swelling also needs immediate assessment. Do not wait for a website reply.
Dental pain and suspected infection still need prompt dental evaluation even if the discomfort improves. If our office is closed or cannot see you promptly, seek another available urgent dental provider rather than waiting for us to reopen.
What We Can Evaluate
Call about a persistent toothache, broken tooth, swelling, a loose or lost crown, or an injury to the teeth. Tell us when it started and whether symptoms are getting worse.
An urgent visit may include examination and appropriate imaging to identify the cause. We will explain the findings, options, and immediate priorities. Definitive treatment may require another appointment or specialist care, depending on the problem.
What to Do While Arranging Care
For a knocked-out permanent tooth, handle it by the crown rather than the root, keep it moist, and seek dental help immediately. If it cannot be placed back safely, keep it in milk or a tooth-preservation product while getting care. Do not replant a baby tooth.
Keep a lost crown or broken piece and bring it with you. Do not use household glue. Avoid chewing on the affected side. Ask a dentist or pharmacist about appropriate pain relief for you, and follow medicine labels; do not place aspirin directly on a tooth or gum.
Know What the Visit May Cost
Ask about the urgent examination fee and whether imaging is expected. Once the cause is identified, ask for the recommended treatment estimate, alternatives, and estimated insurance benefits before deciding.
An emergency evaluation does not always mean the problem can be fully treated at the same visit. Our team will explain what is possible and help you understand the next step.
